Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pinned (“the Service”), operated by Pinned Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pinned is a menu file management and distribution platform for hospitality venues. We provide permanent URLs for menu files, version management, team collaboration, and analytics. We are not a menu design tool, ordering platform, or website builder.

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials including your 4-digit PIN. Each user must have their own account — shared logins are not permitted. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service for any purpose other than menu management
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

You retain ownership of all menu files and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to store, serve, and display your files as necessary to provide the Service. We do not modify, edit, or alter your uploaded files.

All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, an active subscription is required to upload and publish menus. Existing published menus remain accessible without a subscription. Payments are processed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Menu files are stored on Supabase infrastructure. Files are never deleted — they are archived and retained in version history. We generate public URLs for published menus. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your published menu links will cease to function. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinned is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
